BT Properties unveils Waada — One Promise. Limitless Living.

BT Properties unveiled Waada in July 2025: an integrated master-planned community in Dubai South comprising apartments, townhouses and villas. Waada means "promise" in Urdu.
The masterplan is built on five stated pillars — a self-sustaining ecosystem, multi-generational design, 40% open space, diverse housing options, and signature cascading architecture. Planned amenities include water spines, retail and dining boulevards, parks, schools, healthcare facilities, cultural hubs and a Community Culture Centre.
The community comprises five residence collections: Cascada (mid-rise apartments, G+16, one to three bedrooms), Altura (a highrise apartment tower), Rayhan (three and four bedroom townhouses), Raima (four bedroom villas) and Raiha (six bedroom villas).
BT Properties is the Dubai vehicle of the Bahria Town group, which has developed master-planned communities across five Pakistani cities over three decades. Waada is the group's Dubai debut.
