Soil testing commenced at the Waada site in July 2025, the first published step in the project's construction programme.
Geotechnical testing establishes the ground conditions that determine foundation design across a masterplan — a necessary precursor to levelling and foundation works, and a standard early-stage milestone for a community of this scale.
Waada occupies a Dubai South location roughly seven minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road five minutes away.
