Ground levelling in progress at Waada

Ground levelling was in progress at the Waada site in Dubai South as of August 2025 — the second published milestone in the project's construction programme, following soil testing the previous month.

Levelling prepares the site for foundation works across the masterplan, which spans apartments, townhouses and villas alongside water spines, boulevards, parks, schools and healthcare facilities.

This is the most recent construction milestone BT Properties has published. Progress beyond this point has not been announced, and no completion or handover date has been released for any of the five residences. Buyers can verify a Dubai project's officially reported construction percentage and escrow status independently through the Dubai REST app's Mashrooi service.
